Description: As we live through a pandemic and social unrest, it is imperative for clergy to prepare for the resulting traumatic impact on their congregations. This practical and interactive session will combine mental health best practices with biblical principles to equip clergy with:
- trauma-informed care basics,
- exposure to biblical trauma healing material and program, and
- time for reflection on how their church can build a trauma care ministry.
This session is offered on Tuesday, April 20th at 11 am - 2 pm and 6 pm - 9 pm.
Scholarships are available for people affected by COVID-19 or other financial hardship by completing our scholarship form.
