Generational Racial Trauma Team engages the hard conversations on cultural dynamics, scriptures, trauma, and racial and generational concepts while seeking to create a space for people and communities to heal. We believe a team approach is critical. It allows a diverse group to give a voice in generational and racial trauma healing.  This team will develop a sub-team to evaluate the curriculum and propose changes to the program curriculum, design, training structure, and mentoring process.

Community Engagement Team researches and mobilizes volunteers to engage the local communities of our collaborating partners, such as Kensington, North Philadelphia, and Trenton areas, by gathering important events, meetings, and community news to determine the best strategy to help Q-Alliance members connect with their communities.

Admin Support Team assists with seasonal administrative tasks involved with rolling out events each quarter.  Duties may include, but are not limited to, coordinating Zoom calls and preventing overlap, creating event schedules, writing welcome letters, uploading events on the Quest website, posting events to the THI website, and proofreading posted events.
