About The Event
Many people don’t realize that an abortion creates strong feelings of both physical and psychological distress. Every person reacts to and recovers from this stress in different ways, and some may need help and guidance along the path to healing. As trauma healing facilitators, we need to be equipped to help those in need. This upcoming webinar is a great start.
Join us Tuesday, October 5 at 7pm for a discussion with Kim Bennett, RN, Medical Services Director of the Options Women Medical Center in Scranton, PA. Kim is also a co-author of Healing the Wounds of Trauma: Recovering from Abortion, a trauma healing curriculum published by the Trauma Healing Institute.
Ms. Bennett has been supporting and caring for young women for over 30 years. She is knowledgeable in every way about the topic of abortion – personally, medically, and theologically. If God is calling you to trauma healing or to a ministry to young women, this is one webinar you do not want to miss!
