Monthly Facilitator Care Circle: Topic : Different Faces of Lament

Together, Quest Trauma Healing Centers and Rev. Theresa Mangano have joined forces to create a monthly "Facilitator Care Circle". This is a space where we can come together and discuss a range of topics, inspiring each other to grow and heal. The Monthly Zoom meeting will be held on the second Wednesday of each month from 7 pm - 8:30 pm (EST).

In a world where we're often encouraged to focus on the positive, it can be difficult to acknowledge and express our feelings of lament. However, it's important to recognize and support the different ways that lament shows up in our lives, even when they aren't typical or expected. By doing so, we can honor our emotions and find healing and growth in the midst of difficult circumstances.
