About The Event

Together, Quest Trauma Healing Centers and Rev. Theresa Mangano have joined forces to create a monthly "Facilitator Care Circle". This is a space where we can come together and discuss a range of topics, inspiring each other to grow and heal. The Monthly Zoom meeting will be held on the second Wednesday of each month from 7 pm - 8:30 pm (EST).

Topic: Getting Unstuck - A New Year Reset

Helping others heal their heart wounds requires our sense of freedom, yet, the residue of our wounds can still surface.  

How can we address:

  • Waiting for circumstances to change without me

  • Avoiding certain people, places, social  situations
