Recovering from Abortion

We invite you to preview the newly edited “Recovering from Abortion,” a supplemental lesson to be used in conjunction with The Healing Wounds of Trauma curriculum published by the Trauma Healing Institute. The lesson aims to 1). define abortion and the trauma that can result from it, 2). identify reasons women may choose abortion, 3). identify emotions people may experience after abortion, and 4). help those who have suffered after abortion begins to heal or continue their healing process.

Master Facilitators, Kim Bennet, and Kimberly Gegner will be teaming up to present this lesson. Join us on Tuesday, November 2nd at 7 pm, and experience this timely lesson firsthand and find out how you can incorporate it into your trauma healing ministry.
